On-site and telephone coaching and consulting services

We offer on-site and/or telephone coaching for individuals on leadership and management issues, especially in the legal, insurance, reinsurance and banking fields.

Typically, one-on-one coaching sessions do not last less than three hours. A coaching cycle covers 6-10 sessions. These cycles can be repeated if necessary. Follow-up sessions six months after the end of the coaching cycle are highly recommended.
